• C.9.1.2.3 – For some prerecorded multimedia, no alternative or audio description is provided;
  
• C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure or relationships conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
  
• C.9.1.3.5 – The purpose of some input fields that accept specific data is not correctly communicated to assistive technologies or has not been implemented correctly;
  
• C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images of text does not always have the minimum required contrast ratio, except where allowed by regulations (e.g. logos);
  
• C.9.1.4.4 – Some text, except for captions and images of text, cannot be resized up to 200% without assistive technologies and without loss of content and functionality;
  
• C.9.1.4.5 – In some cases, images of text are used instead of text and are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information being conveyed;
  
• C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require a two-dimensional layout (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the display size of the user agent changes;
  
• C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, including in different states, the color contrast against adjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1;
  
• C.9.1.4.12 – When text spacing is modified (line height, paragraph spacing, letter or word spacing), some information or content is lost;
  
• C.9.2.1.1 – Some functionality cannot be operated via a keyboard (or equivalent input interface);
  
• C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, blinking, scrolling or auto-updating information that starts automatically and lasts longer than five seconds, or is presented alongside other content, do not have mechanisms to pause, stop or hide them;
  
• C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation order affects their meaning and operation, some focusable objects do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and operability;
  
• C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or together with adjacent content;
  
• C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently describe content or functionality;
  
• C.9.2.4.7 – On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible;
  
• C.9.3.2.2 – When the user changes the setting of any interface component (input), a change of context occurs;
  
• C.9.3.3.1 – In some cases, when an input error is automatically detected, the erroneous element is not identified and/or the error is not described in text;
  
• C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires user input;
  
• C.9.3.3.3 – When an input error is identified and suggestions for correction are known, these are not provided, except where permitted by law;
  
• C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links and script-generated components) do not have the correct or set name, role, states, properties or values, or users and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
  
• C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented to users in a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without moving focus.
