This extended Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”) is intended to illustrate the types and categories of cookies, the purposes and methods of use of cookies by Caffè Borbone S.r.l., the data controller, with registered office at Zona ASI Loc. Pascarola snc, 80023 Caivano (NA) – Italy, VAT No. 07097160639 (“Caffè Borbone” or the “Controller”), as well as to provide Users/Guests with instructions on the actions to refuse or delete cookies present on the website www.caffeborbone.com (“Site”). This Cookie Policy forms an integral part of the Caffè Borbone Site Privacy Policy. The User/Guest may exercise the rights provided under the GDPR and the related implementing legislation by writing to privacy@caffeborbone.it, while to change cookie settings they may follow the instructions contained in this Cookie Policy.

1. WHAT COOKIES AND TRACKING TOOLS ARE

Cookies consist of portions of code (computer files or partial data) sent by a server to the user’s Internet browser, stored automatically by that browser on the user’s device and automatically sent back to the server on each subsequent access to the site. B. HOW LONG ARE COOKIES STORED?
